Water jet is a cutting process, which enables cutting of all kinds of materials in computer – based machines with the aid of high pressure water.

Thiscutting process can be applied within different diameters to all kinds of hard or soft materials with a thickness of minimum 0,1 mm up to 200 mm,by pulverizing either water or a mixture of water and abrasive with high speed and pressure (bars) onto the material.

 

Cutting with water jet is quick and budget friendly. The sides are clean and quite sharp right after the cutting process.

With the technology of water jet, metals can be cut without being heated, hardened, swollen or deformed. Computer – designed visual forms can be applied to the materials with water jet in an excellent and burr-free way.
